Message: This property management company is fantastic. They are polite, professional, and they work with people to get them into the homes they want. My roommate and I knew we made enough to afford a particular condo, but failed the background financial requirements. The company allowed us to move in regardless, only requiring a one time double security fee. Result was 2 years spent in one of the most beautiful homes i've lived in in Las Vegas. I'm returning to Newman Property in 2020 to find a new west side home for the next few years.
