Message: I can honestly say that I feel very safe here. Debra in the office is awesome. I realize that she's busy but she makes time to listen to whatever you need to talk about. I am concerned about a dead tree outside of my unit that I can't get them to remove. I like it that the staff doesn't bug you with a lot of common sense rules. I appreciate the privacy. Highly recommend this community. I would like to see more benches around the property, after all it is senior living.

Message: I wish I would of, signed a longer lease. I love living at this complex. The employee's, that work in the office are very professional, helpful and nice. They have always answered any questions, I have had. This is very important, when deciding on an apartment to rent. I love the fact that they, kept grass landscaping. Everyone that comes to my place, always comments on how nice the landscaping is, at this complex. Please keep the grass and greenery, it makes you feel at home. Also the maintenance employee's are very nice and helpful. I had them put a screen door on my apartment, and they did an excellent job, installing it. It looks very nice... And weather permitting, I will get a lot, of use from it.

Message: Thank-you very much for Diego our sales agent! He is so very nice and professional to all of the residents here! Our manager Trina Bradley is also fantastic! Our secretary, Sandy is amazing! Our maintenance department is top-notch, none is better! Cathy Anderson does very good parties as well as co-ordinates our 12 resident "good-will ambassadors"! We now have plenty of activities making our "monthly event calendar" full of a wide list of activities throughout each month! I'm very pleased with our customer service by Attiva Staff and our "good-will ambassadors". Especially Sheryl G. who is an absolute angel!

Message: I have been a resident with Attiva Valley View for 2 years now and the staff is very well helpful and they are very willing to help in all areas. My apartment is very nice and the landscaping is kept up well and it makes me very happy to drive into the community. The maintenance team is outstanding and does a wonderful job. I do attend the events sometimes as I am very busy but when I do I enjoy them and I like the transportation as well. The office team is always smiling and you can talk to them about anything.

Message: It's really a friendly community great office staff. State of the art features.. I can call it my home with pride.. Fun activities, beautiful scenery. Also large bathrooms with washer and drying area inside bathroom, room to store my ironing board inside as well.

Message: I have lived at Attiva Valley View for the past 4 months. My experience as a resident has been excellent. I also am currently volunteering as an ambassador. I enjoy working with all of the staff. Cathy has been instrumental in making my transition to senior living smooth and enjoyable. I also would like to commend Sandy, Bo, Diego, and Trina. In addition to the staff I feel the maintenance team has also done a great job in attending to any issues I have had with my apartment. Compliments to Ray. Overall I really enjoy living here at Attiva Valley View.
