Message: All good except the location was hard to find and felt like a temporary office. Was a bit weird. No staff at front desk and the notary is an outside person who meets you in waiting room. As far as I know the documents were done right though!

They go above and beyond to accommodate the seller and the buyer, to include if one of them would prefer to sign across town at the Ticor or there. I highly recommend if you are buying or selling a home, that you use Ticor Title. It was a satisfying service.
