Message: It's affordable, but the park needs a lot of work, the streets are excessively eroded, the trees and lots are not maintained/trimmed, and there are several neighbors/ drunks who fight all the time outside that affect others living around them w their drama.

Message: Mixed bag. Some homes were very well kept, however some were real dumps. Management should have them get rid of the front yard piles. People were very kind and helpful.
